Question by Dougyboy: I own a landscaping/ lawncare and construction company, how do I get alot of business?
I own my own company and business is not as good as I want it to be. I am only working three days a week because I am not getting enough customers. I mainly want the landscaping and lawn care to increase in customers. I have vehicle magnets, cards, refrigerator magnets, and I occasionally go door to door advertising. I need some help on how to advertise and get lots of customers.

offer a discount for people that recommend you and you get a job. for example 10% off next lawn mowing

Its all about promoting yourself. Put an add in the local paper. Make sure the phone directory has your ad ready for the next time they print, distribute flyers via letterbox drop, put flyers on a notice board. If you have a bit of money to work with, placa an ad on the radio. Get a couple of plastic signs made up, and stake one in your front yard. Have you seen the magnets that you can get made, large enough for your car? You just stick them on the side of your work car.

Flyers are great. Good start locally. Nowadays, a website is quite handy. People can simply visit there and see what you have to offer. It reaches more people. In a page you can discuss landscape design and other services.
